Strawberry Apricot Smoothie

A quick and healthy variant for the evening.Kids like it!! Weight watchers can use sugar free instead of sugar.

Ingrediants:-

Strawberry - 1 cup(chopped)
Apricot- 1 (peeled and sliced)
Sugar/Honey - 1 Tablespoon
Yoghurt - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup

Garnish
Sliced strawberry/Apricots

Process:-

Put the sliced strawberries and apricots in the blender.Blend it well( 30 secs).
Add sugar,yoghurt and milk and again blend it well.At last add 2 ice cubes and give it a final blend.
Pour in dessert cups and garnish with sliced strawberries and apricots.

Serve it chilled.

Tip:- To make it more filling and crunchy one can add some cornflakes in the second blend.
